Occupational Health and Safety is investigating the death of a 47-year-old man Sunday at a work site in northern Alberta. According to OHS, workers were pumping water to another work site at around 5:45 p.m. Sunday near Fox Creek. Workers went to investigate the pump after it started revving when a hose let go and hit one of the workers. The man was treated at the scene and taken to hospital in Fox Creek where he passed away.
